Move forward on your own timetable rather than waiting for your house to sell first and move in haste.
Purchasing a new home is SIMPLE. Select a finished home or a home where you can select the colors and finishes or select your home site and home plan to build. Our availability will change, so if you’ve found the home you like, don’t let it get away. Next, you will complete a purchase agreement with your Sales Consultant and place a 5% escrow deposit and a 10% construction deposit of the purchase price. This 15% deposit will be credited back to the buyer at the closing. This is not the deposit amount due if you are using the Cash Back, Buyer paid draw payments program. If you are obtaining a mortgage for a portion of this purchase, you do not need to use your mortgage until closing, when the home is finished.
